Refund Policy

At Playful Creations 3D, customer satisfaction is important to us. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size expectations

• Minor variations or layer lines inherent to the 3D printing process

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The product

• Packaging

• Shipping label

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not already started.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, used or damaged items caused by improper handling, misuse, or exposure to extreme heat are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
